Miranda Douglas Graphic design

  1. The Cost Estimate will outline the specific design services being provided, such as logo design, website design, or branding.

  2. Payment terms are 7 days from receipt of final artwork. For larger projects a 50% payment up front may be requested. The Cost Estimate is in Australian Dollars and valid for a period of 30 days only. The Cost Estimate is provided in good faith on the information provided. The invoice may be issued upon the commencement of work and payment is due 7 days after the invoice date.  MIRANDA DOUGLAS reserves the right to negotiate a revised fee structure if The Company increases its requirements which involves an increase in the workload for MIRANDA DOUGLAS during the term of this Agreement. The Cost Estimate in no way constitutes an agreement by Miranda Douglas to complete the work, it is a cost estimate only, until Miranda Douglas accepts and is available to schedule the work. By replying in acceptance of the Cost Estimate, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the work specified and will be legally obligated to make payment. For the services to be performed above and beyond the agreed scope, The Company agrees to pay to Miranda Douglas $150.00 (excluding GST) per hour. Payments are required to be paid via EFT to the account listed on the invoice received. Payments may in some cases be paid via credit card or other payment method.

  3. Modification to the information provided to determine the Cost Estimate will also result in a reassessment of the Cost Estimate.

  4. Any delay in the supplying of copy or other deliverables will result in a reassessment of the Cost Estimate.

  5. Commencement of the work specified is subject to written acceptance of the Cost Estimate.

  6. The Company will provide MIRANDA DOUGLAS with timely access to internal support, internal product experts, product and company information, and company data necessary to perform the agreed services.

  7. If the client wishes to purchase the design source files the price will be 3 x the final artwork price unless another arrangement has occurred prior to commencing work.

  8. All design work will be the owner of the client but Miranda Douglas will be able to publish all work on her website and social media for promotional purposes.

  9. All client information is strictly confidential and will not be shared by Miranda Douglas.

  10. An agreement between Miranda Douglas and client may be terminated with 7 days notice. All work that has been started must be paid for. A minimum 50% of the Cost Estimate for the work will be forfeited by client and paid within 7 days.

  11. Miranda Douglas assures clients that all work will be professionally handled and completed in a timely manner. The client agrees to pay for work within 7 days of receiving their invoice.

  12. Miranda Douglas will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the course of the project. The client will sign off or signal ‘approved’ before any work goes live or is printed.

These provisions can vary depending on the specific needs of the project and the agreement between the graphic designer and the client. Please be aware of client obligations and responsibilities.
